  • Our celebration will include a few meaningful traditions from our Catholic, Mexican, and Filipino backgrounds.

Catholic Ceremony Symbols: We’ll have the cord, veil, unity candle, and wedding coins (arras), which represent unity, protection, and shared commitment.

Money Dance: During the reception, guests are welcome to dance with us and pin money to our attire—a Mexican and Filipino tradition symbolizing well‑wishes, prosperity, and support.

Primary Sponsors: We’ve invited special mentors and family members to serve as primary sponsors—called padrinos/madrinas in Mexican tradition and ninongs/ninangs in Filipino tradition—who play a guiding role in our marriage.

  • We’ll be serving dinner buffet‑style and will have options available for guests with dietary needs (final menu TBD).
